Reconnect with your body; what makes you feel alive, what terrifies you, where are you holding tension physically?

As you connect more fully with the body and mind, becoming more intune with yourself, this can only have a positive impact on those around you. Learn the power of presence. Of not projecting the past onto the present, but of simply observing what is, at this present moment.
